GPS Track | Offline Map Route · Effective date: 10 October 2026

These terms apply to the GPS Track app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, published by İkbal Yaşar (ikbSoft). The app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA). The points below add to that agreement.

1. What the app is for

GPS Track records tracks, saves waypoints, shows speed and navigation information and lets you download maps for offline use. It is an aid, not a certified navigation, safety or speed-measurement instrument. Always check your surroundings, official charts and road signs, and do not operate the app while driving.

2. Free features and GPS Track Premium

• Recording tracks, saving waypoints and Apple maps are free.
• GPS Track Premium is an auto-renewable subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly) that unlocks offline map downloads, additional map sources, speedometer styles, charts, splits, unlimited waypoints, live sharing and PDF reports. The exact title, length and price are shown in the app before you buy and in your App Store account.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules.

3. Your content

Tracks, waypoints, photos and notes you create remain yours. When you share a status, a community photo or a live location you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content to other users for the purpose of the feature, and you confirm you have the right to share it. We may remove content that is illegal, offensive or reported by other users.

4. Maps and third-party data

Map tiles come from third parties (Apple, OpenStreetMap, OpenTopoMap, Esri, USGS, NOAA, FAA, OpenSeaMap and others) under their own licences, which are shown inside the app. Downloaded tiles may only be used inside GPS Track. Map data can be outdated or incomplete.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to track another person without their consent, to interfere with our services or other users, or in violation of any law. Live sharing codes you send to others let them see your position until you stop sharing.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features, map sources or server-side services at any time. We may require an update to a newer version to keep using online features.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on location, speed, altitude or map data, from loss of recorded data, or from unavailability of the service. Keep your own backups (every track is also stored as a GPX file in the Files app).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
